We are closed on Christmas Day, no check-ins or check-outs. For all room bookings, we will have a 2-day minimum stay from the 24^th December to the 26^th December. For rooms AND campsites, a 3-day minimum stay applies from the 29^th Dec 2019 to the 2^nd Jan 2020.  All sites are subject to availability from the 24^th October 2019.

For room bookings a minimum age 25 years and over is required and for campsite bookings a minimum age 21 years and over is required with the exception of Families travelling together.
